If you change what you religion is isnt that proof that it never made sense in the first place? (selective moralty)

Lol, I know how to go to heaven, you know how to make fun of the religion of the people who will go to heaven. Allah is not different from God (the Father) of Christians who ever thinks that they are truly misguided. Allah when you saying it is saying God in Arabic, hence, Allah is not an English word but a transliteration of God. If you want to believe all that stuff about Islam go ahead, but if you want to true guidance, read the Qu'ran with a commentary from back to front, until you have done that. No one has the right to edit or change the Islamic law. who wouldn't want to change the law to fit his own needs. for example a thief might want to change the American government laws, but does that mean that the law was not good. Also, i suggest you ask an Islamic scholar who could tell you the truth straight forward. Go to Islam.org and call up an Islamic scholar.

OK, let me explain in brief words, if you're willing to be open for some serious discussion.

First of all, most people think that Muslim is only a person who prays 5 times a day, fasts during Ramadan - one who practises Islam. Well, you see that's where you're wrong. Muslim is just a word in Arabic which means ''the one who submits to the will of God.'' Now, I'm asking you: ''Do you believe in God, one and only?'' If the answer is YES, and if you do not associate partners to God - my dear, by that definiton you're a Muslim.

So, practically, a non-believer would be one that doesn't believe in God at all or the one who associates partners to God. That is one sin God will never forgive and they will be punished by Hell. Try applying what I just told you into those verses, and you'll see that it makes sense.
