Cook her favorite meal and have the table set up really nice. Candlelight, soft music (Christmas maybe) in the background, where a suit or really nice clothes, and just enjoy each other's company. She'll love it. Girls love that kind of thing. Hope this helps.

well im a teenager and the most romantic thing my boyfriend has ever done 4 me is... he took me on a date 2 boomers i dont know if u know what boomers is but they have a fairiswheel and im scared of hights lolz but when we got all the way on top he gave me a really pretty necklace in the shape of a heart and then he told me he loves me!!! i was so cute ill never forget that day!!!

£ or $ wotevr the currency isn't evrything, sometimes is the smallest, least expensive guestures of all that show the most how you mean...
e.g on birthday make a book(handwritten;coloured card etc) write down everything that happened on their birthday from sports events/news, celebs/famous ppls birthdays, loads of pages with different nice stuff can use internet to get a lot of info-wikipedia,google etc

teenagers don't expect much....some quiet time together will do....try to pull her aside during a crowded party n' have some talk......u can also buy her gifts like teddy bears,etc....depends what she likes....good luck!!!
