I think a private investigator is watching me to find out if i have a child. I live in a gated complex, but that doesnt mean someone couldnt get in. When do they usually watch and where would they be or look like?

Ironically, to find out you may need to... hire a private investigator! Otherwise, get a book on their techniques, and become an amateur one yourself. As to what they look like, they could like anybody.

I have a friend who is a PI & he has many different ways of getting around un-noticed. One way is to look different everyday. He goes to great lengths to get what he needs, from hiding out in a tree to pretending to be a homeless person. He has several cars too. One of the most important aspects of being a PI is to not be seen.
With the extent of technology these days it is almost impossible to know if they have a camera BUT look for things that dont match. Like a person all dressd up in a suit but wearing a bum bag (you know those little bags you clip around your waist) or a homeless person wearing a rather expensive looking hat. My mate has many many many cameras, all the size of a pin yet with a zoom like that of a professional camera.
If you arnt doing anything wrong, dont stess too much, but I understand the feeling that your privacy has been invaded. It can feel quite violating. If you see anything suss, just call the police & tell them you think someone is stalking you. That or hire your own PI. They can play tag teams with one another.

If you are being followed by a red sports car and hear the words Higgy baby ,you got a PI on your tail. They mostly watch you at 8:00pm Friday nights on ABC

They could look like just like anyone (age, sex etc.) They will try to get photographs of you when they can (ie. whenever you leave your house).
You most likely will not notice the ones who are very good a their jobs. They will probably be in a vehicle (but not always). The good ones will change vehicles or will have spin teams with more than one vehicle.

A person who is following you always have a disguise or alibi. Thus, be patient in watching out for this person. You must act that the person following you will not notice you watching him. Then you can have a complete profile of him.

Are you kidding me? If they wanted to know if you have a child or not, a PI would NOT have to "watch you". Birth records, etc. are available online through many sites that would give them that answer very fast.

They are going to watch you coming and going, and will watch where you go to see if you are transporting or picking up the child.
They will probably watch your family members as well.

People pay money to P.I's that won't get caught, otherwise they'd just do it themselves. I think the real question is why would they be worried if you have a kid, are u a pedophile or something?(no offense but hey) Or r u avoiding some kid of custody issue?

Ask a good friend to follow you and check if you are being followed. I did it once in Paris and I got the guy . He was furious when I asked him if he was following the beautiful lady with the red raincoat. My friend suspected that her hubby was checking on her faithfulness and we got him redhanded. It was fun...

look for a vehicle that is on a regular basis that you know is not there usually. Call the police and let them sort it out.
