Forget people. You don't need people to decide about Christianity.
Just keep looking, and be objective and you'll figure out what the truth is.

I totally agree with you, not that I'm that pure.
What you have to understand is Jesus sets the standard and YOU follow, not him, her, them, but YOU.
Christianity is not an easy thing to practise. You have to do without those things "they" have or do.
It's about resisting peer pressure.
If you take to to extremes maybe, just maybe (no warrantees) things might work for you.
I mean let's look at the "average" person. They take off their clothes and hope into bed and get married and make babies and get divorced. That's the way it is in 3 out of 5 situations.
What if you waited 3, 4, 5 years and didn't let the guy even KISS you until you were married.
I mean the guy stays because he likes YOU not the kiss or the sex.
And you talk to each other and work out the problems and the guy learns to deal with your life, your friends, your family and you with his.
Could this lead to a better potential for marriage.
Maybe. I don't know.
But it's obvious the other way doesn't work too well.
You need to define your own rules your own way of life based on what God and Jesus tells you and does.
YOu have to figure out what works and what doesn't. What's right and what's wrong. That's free will. That's the gift man STOLE and can't give back.
All of this is up to YOU, not him, her, them and they.

I understand where you're coming from. I hate it when people try to beat people of the head with the bible by quoting it and stuff.
However, Christianity does give logical explanations, but supposedly you are supposed to have faith in order to "get it". Personally, I see some inconsistencies in the explanations too. And actually Christianity is not the only religion that says if you don't believe what we do exactly you're going to hell, or the dark side or whatever. Look at the Muslim, and Hindu religions
I say this with hesitation, but I'm a Christian.

There's some truth in every religion to some extent. Spiritual truth, not literal truth. Yes, even in Christianity. I'd just read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. All of them are quick reads and not overly complicated. Beyond that, there's too much craziness in the Old Testament to weed through and, for the most part, the rest of the New Testament is just restating the teachings of Jesus. And no, I'm not a Christian.

People aren't perfect. Not even the priests or ministers. Everyone is immoral is some way and the church is imperfect. When you look beyond all of that, Christianity is not perfect. Its goal is to be like Jesus who wasn't perfect either. However, its up to you to believe what you believe. If you can, look beyond the people and focus on the faith. Remember you don't have to believe everything Christians believe to be a Christian. Lastly, try to develop a friendship with God. Start off slow and build on it lie any other friendship you have ever had.

1)"Regarding St. Therese, in 1923 the Church approved of two spontaneous cures unexplained by medical treatment. Sister Louise of St. Germain was cured of the stomach ulcers she had between 1913 and 1916. The second cure involved Charles Anne, a 23 year old seminarian who was dying from advanced pulmonary tuberculosis. The night he thought he was dying, Charles prayed to Therese. Afterward, the examining doctor testified, "The destroyed and ravaged lungs had been replaced by new lungs, carrying out their normal functions and about to revive the entire organism. A slight emaciation persists, which will disappear within a few days under a regularly assimilated diet." These two miracles resulted in Therese becoming beatified. "
2) They have not learned to respect. We are all broken.
3) Never? That's too bad.
4) And I love you.

What do you want to know about The True Christian Faith.... what do you expect a Christian to answer with but the Word of God as it is revealed to us.?
If you have an honest question concerning the basics of The True Christian Faith you may email me. On honest question receives one honest answer to the best of my ability. I state my understanding of my Faith and if necessary to honestly answer the question, I will also consult The Bible.
I can not "prove" my faith to you. No one of The Faith can do that. I can give me tesimony and my witness. that is all anyone of The Faith can do. The proof you seek is between God and you.
There are immoral people every where... what better place for them than where they might find a better way than immorality.

I'm not christian, i don't really like christian teachings, but you are making some pretty broad generalizations there yourself. Although I do find it frustrating that you can ask them a question as well as ask for a LOGICAL answer, and they still throw quotes from the Bible at you...as if all the answers to life can be found in the popular works of non fiction

there only is one perfect,GOD! so if you find a perfect person in the church, bingo!you found him,but the church are like hospital, all the people that use to go they go with inner wounds,so they need healing, now if you go to the church be focus in worship, pray etc..to him.not the people around.
