It is really not the ball itself that gives the vision rather it is the reader that has the gift of sight. There are several ways that the person who has psychic sight to be able to see the visions.
One is looking at a black mirror or black water (scrying), at a crystal ball or with eyes closed (dark). I have this ability to see visions like a dream while awake, but my eyes have to be closed and I have to be very relaxed then the images come to me.
These objects are just tools for being able to focus the psychic sight at a focal point without distractions and allows the images to come. Does that make sense?

they say that crystal is mystical and has special powers. It doesn’t need to be a ball. But a spherical object may capture spirits coming from all sides of the room. giving is source to communicate with the other world.

It can't it's a superstitious belief much akin to any religion ... How do prophets forecast the weather or when you pray to god and the answers are yes, no, or wait to find out isn't this akin to the eight ball answer toy ?

It can be done, there is energy in everything but you have to know how to channel it and use it. Please don't listen to the rest of these ignorant close minded people. There are people out there who are truly gifted whether it be psychic, tarot readers or crystal readers.
