I o.r.G.a.s.i.m alot at once , then cant later , should i stop for a while .

Yes, normal people o.r.G.a.s.i.m once, and then are unable for a several moment. That is sjust how the body works, it needs to recuperate after the blood rush.

Use any Antacid, Avoid Spicy foods, Drink lot of water, Take rest.
