Few carefully chosen and coordinated pieces.

Too much looks cluttered and busy, and generally creates a stressful environment with little flow.

Stick to what you need, and pick something you really enjoy.

If you are afraid the look might still be sparse, then paint the walls and use wall hangings and drapery to liven things up!

I like less furniture. When you've got too much crap crammed into one space it looks just like that......crap. I'm all for space, you can arrange very little furniture to look like there is a lot. And just think....less work when cleaning or moving.

Look into feng shui, the art of placement.

A crowded room is not functional, and a room that allows for flow has possibilities of making you more money- believe it or not!

Depend's on your need's .Main thing if you have alot of company is seating.Not many visitor's then just as you want .I don't like alot of junk around in any room.Easier to clean too.

I have a 7 pc. living room , and it's just right.....If I add more, it seems cluttered....So only keep the basics
