Does Paula Dean have a recipe for hot spinich/artichoke dip? If so, I would love to have it.

Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame. Serve with bagel chips.

Basic Biscuits: 1 package yeast 1/2 cup lukewarm water 5 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 tablespoons sugar 3/4 cup solid shortening (recommended: Crisco) 2 cups buttermilk Biscuits: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside. Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Add yeast and buttermilk and mix well. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and roll out to desired thickness. Cut with small biscuit cutter and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

i'm not sure go to a book store tht sells recipes books too and look through some of her books and it does then get it and make it
