after having dui violation. motor vehicle has no driving record I dont exsist

Go down and register to take test to get your temporary learners permit and see what happens. If they don't question it, you should be able to get new license eventually. But this time don't mix booze with the gas!!!!

That's kinda a good thing isn't it? You can pay lower insurance premiums. If you were convicted and the license suspended the court would have a record, maybe DMV can get it from them.
Can they have you retest and start fresh with a new license number?

You should look upon that as a blessing, get a new license and restart ur life Alcohol free(mainly) and learn from the mistakes of your past.
