Kiss can be a salutation in many cultures and not religious bs . . . I can't imagine anyone being so socially isolated, they would assume that kiss was sexual.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiss
Addendum: The scriptures noted the kiss of friendship being used as a kiss of betrayal since it is essential to the story. To assume He never kissed the other disciples or other men in a greeting of friendship is a guess--and not a well educated guess.

Middle East
Cheek kissing is relatively common, between friends, relatives, and lovers. Cheek kissing between males is common and does not have any homosexual connotation if performed after a long period of not having seen each other or when congratulating each other in Eids. On the other hand the kissing of cheeks between a male and a female is generally considered a taboo except between blood relatives that are not allowed to get married e.g siblings, mother and son. The elderly are also kissed by younger people to show respect

Need to do a little more research!
Isaiah 9:27 we read from the Old Testament
And as they were going down to the end of the city, Samuel said to Saul, Bid the servant pass on before us, (and he passed on,) but stand thou still a while, that I may show thee the word of God.
The follow up in Isaiah 10:1, we read;
Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and "kissed him" and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?
Nothing wrong with a kiss! Its one intention behind the kiss.

You used the word,"IF" Why don't you try reading the bible! In no less than 4 books it say that the punishment, for men using men as females, is death by stoning! That is also repeated for females.
Your prophetic,attempt to degrade Jesus has already been prophesied throughout the Bible.
You may or may not get to stand before Christ, but should you, I doubt very strongly that you would attempt to confront Him with such insults. I wonder if you were born out of some mans butt hole?

What makes you think it was not common back then? Were you there? In any case, such kisses were NOT sexual in nature. Notice that Jesus speaks with surprise: "You would betray the Son of Man with a kiss?" The context proves it had nothing to do with homosexuality. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Wasn't it a kiss on the cheek? Even if it was mouth to mouth, that doesn't make it homosexual. Lastly, even if was homosexual, that doesn't make it wrong. Jesus apparently loves and accepts all people, sins and all. If he can accept a kiss from his betrayer, then I suppose that is what made him divine. It was his tolerance and forgiveness of humanity.

I have no idea how to answer this question. I personally don't think being gay is wrong and as for the Jesus and Judas Kiss, you must know that many cultures kiss 3 to 4 times and on the lips too of all sexes and it's not gay it's tradition. Men in many cultures still "kiss" today, but doesn't mean they are Gay.
You don't know if he kissed others or not, but obviously these were significant. Not every little action of Christ was recorded

It is a historical fact that in those days everyone(men included) would greet each other with a kiss. This is also true for saying goodbye.
