I notice that the Hoodia is $5 for 2 weeks but $100 for 2 mo. supply after that. I don't want to get caught up in any automatical debits. Its better to lose weight without pills, don't you think?

300 - 400 lbs should come off quite easily as long as you stay with a good 500 calorie a day diet.

You can definitely lose 30-40lbs within 4 months, just by using my weight loss "SECRETS"! NO weight loss pills and NO exercising machines required!

Before i tell you my "secrets" to losing weight , you must be a person who is "DETERMINED" and "GOAL ORIENTED" in order to reap the benefits from my "simple" program. So....Are you ready to lose weight and feel great? Off course you are! Now just sit back and relax as i share with you my "secrets" to shed pounds.
Firstly, you need to visualize success. Don't "see" yourself as you are now but instead the trimmer and sexier you that cant wait to emerge from the core of all that fat!
Secondly, you need to stop drinking SODAS! Sprite,Coke and Pepsi will never make you sexy! And more extensively stop drinking sugar containing beverages and replace them with WATER! If you do just this, you are sure to lose weight and become healthier!
Thirdly, cut down on the amount of food you eat daily. Just don't eat as much as how you normally do. In addition, DON'T EAT ANY MEALS AFTER 7pm!!! This is extremely important!!!

Hi. Well the way to do it is not only to eat healthy, but you need to exercise as well. Try to do it morning and night, but if thats not possible then do it one of the times. The least amount of time that you need to exercise is 25 min. The key to the food part is eating your food with portion control. Its not "terrible" if you eat chocolate or bread or something while you are trying to loose weight. You just need to eat very little of it. Also, try to eat at home as often as you can. If you stick to this routine everyday, you could be loosing 30 pounds in about 4 1/2 to 5 months. I hope this helps you. Thanks!

ur supposed to lose 2-3lbs a week if u do it properly, i'd say 12months would be right, it may be a little less if u use 2-3lbs a week estimate but 12months would also take into account things were u might eat a bit more christmas, birthdays, halloween etc...

make sure you are really dedicated, ask a friend who you know wants to lose a little, it is easier to lose weight when you have a friend with you. . .
also make sure you eat breakfast!
some good breakfast ideas are
-fruit and cereal
-protein shakes
-smoothies and fruit
-granola bars and fruit
-oatmeal and fruit
-eggs(try not to use butter or oil use water to "grease" the pan)
-veggie omlet
***make sure you eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, and make sure portion sizes are small enough to keep you full for a couple of hours
mid morning snack- make sure you have a small snack within 2-3 hours after breakfast some ideas. . .
-a piece of fruit
-carrots,celeray with lowfat dip about 2tblsp
-nuts
-smoothie
*****this should be light just to hold you over until lunch*****
lunch should be within 2-3 hrs after mid morning snack
remember to keep it light and not heavy.
-turkey on wheat with lowfat mayo and lettuce and tomatos + a piece of fruit or vegetable + granola bar + snack sized bag of baked chips
-soup + salad, with low fat dressing + breadsticks
*make sure portion sizes are decent, no overdoing it*
mid-day snack is usually 2-3hrs after lunch
-vegetables with lowfat dip
-nuts
-fruit with lowfat yogurt
-cup of yogurt
-jello
-smoothie
-snack size bag of chips that are baked or pretzels
supper is 2-3 hrs after you eat your mid day snack
-chicken (3-4oz) and pasta (3-4oz) with reduce sodium tomato sauce
-soup + salad lowfat dressing + breadsticks
-meat (3-4oz) + pasta or rice or potatos + fruit or vegetables
**********PORTION SIZES ARE KEY***************
it is also better to eat 5 times a day then to skip a meal, if you skip a meal the food you eat next stays on your body as fat, so keep eating 5 times a day that way your metabolism is always going.
good luck
also try cutting back on soda/pop if you drink alot of that and sugar, try not to eat any of that because it just adds empty calories
also make sure you excersie at least 30 minutes a day and walk as much as possible
also losing 1-2lbs a week is healthy and you will keep it off, if you lose more then that you will most likly gain the weight right back.

Just start eating smaller portions.Have good discipline and patience,it takes at least a year if not more to shed off that much.
