No. Because Hebrew and Aramaic are very closely related. Ask a person who speak Arabic, and they too can understand every word in that sentence, because they almost use the same words in Arabic as well.
'eloi eloi lama sabacthani' in Hebrew and Jesus was Jewish who spoke Hebrew.
In Arabic they use those words as well. eloi: my God. Lama: why,
sabacthani: forsaken me, or left me.

lol, Jesus spoke at least 2-3 languages and read at least that many. He had to in that region. Also, he was a perfect man with a brain to match. He was no slouch and therefore when he died, he was speaking his "native" tongue, Hebrew. Christ was Jewish (whether anyone likes it or not) and even though he spoke Hebrew, Latin and Aramaic, Christ knew what had to be done. The Bible "writers" as you call them were divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit and for you to say they "hid the truth" is to call the entire New Testament a lie.
How would you like someone to deny inspiredness of your Koran?

It is Psalm 22. Jesus prayed to God in Hebrew. Judaism, even today, uses Hebrew.
Jesus not only knew Aramaic, but also Hebrew and Greek.

The Christian Greek scriptures (New Testament) were recorded in Greek because that was the most commonly spoken language of the time.
Remember, their purpose was to reach the hearts of as many people as they could with the Good news of Gods Kingdom.
What language Jesus said those words in, could have been Hebrew or Greek.
The Hebrew Scriptures, (Old Testament) was written in Hebrew and Arabic.

"Eloi" is the Green transliteration of the Aramaic "Alahi" or "My God."
In Greek, you cannot have an "h" sound in the middle of a word. The closest thing there is would be what is referred to as "rough breathing" which can only appear at the beginning of a word. :-)
This would make "Eloi" => "Elohi". Vowels were malleable in Greek transliterations, and sounded very different in ancient times when compared to modern Greek. For example, in Greek tradition, we're told about the "River Styx" which in modern English we pronounce "Stihks." However it is spelled out "stux" more like "stoo-ch" (where "ch" is like clearing one's throat as in "Bach").
So, at the very least we can determine from "Elohi" is that it would (at the very least) come from the Aramaic letters alef-lamad-he-yod -- Which spells out "Alahi" => "My God" :-)
Furthermore, "sabachthani" is not a Hebrew word. It comes from the Aramaic root "shabakh" which means "to allow, permit, or forsake." :-)

So, which languages did Jesus speak? Mightn't he have spoken Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek? All three were common, and, being the Son of God, he might just have spoken as many as he needed.

Jesus The Christ is King of the Jews. His ministry was to the jews. It should be expected that he spoke Hebrew... He also spoke every language known to man... Jesus The Christ, when He walked this earth was both fully God and fully man... He spoke what ever language was needed.

So the last time you talked to Jesus, he only spoke Aramaic? That was the general laungauge at that time, yes, but Hebrew was also spoken.Are you trying to convince us that Jesus, who was all powerful, couldnt manage to learn another laungage? Funny.

I don't think it is that they hid the truth, I think that you are rejecting the truth. The Bible says He spoke it in Hebrew, so why do you reject the truth and decide thatyou know better then the person who wrote this. How do you know what languages Jesus spoke and when He spoke them?

Jesus called His Father.. Jehovah or Elohim.
Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ....that is hypocrisy.
They reject Christ's divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross...
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ.
The Bible calls Muhammed and those like him false prophets:
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)
