Because no matter how much exercise I do, I still seem to have a lot of energy left over.

I would re-eval your diet. If you are eating a ton of carbs & having lots of caffine beverages, than that could do it.

Also, if you are under 24.. don't worry, your energy level will most likely drop as your metabolism does as you get older.

I believe plenty of sex is the best and quickest way to burn off excess energy

Yeah...I have the same problem too.....get a pet...(they take long, patient hours to look after;).......go for running........take up martial arts.....

or some not-so-physical activities.......Try some creative activity--make a collage....or breathing exercises.......read

the more exercise you do, the bigger your muscles grow and the more energy your muscles store, and can therefore excert. if you dont want excess energy then ****. sorts you right out. fountain of knowledge, me.
