I'm Christian and I absolutely no not think that most Muslims are that way. Just because a few Muslims are like that doesn't mean that all are like that. This is the same for Christians too. Just because some think this way doesn't mean that all think this way. Don't worry what they say or think about you because as long as you and most importantly God knows that your not that way then that's what is by far most important! Keep your head up and smile for God loves you very much and that's all that matters!
