im a 13 year old boy 106 pounds around 5''1 people say im slim and charts say im at healthy weight. I have love handles... and a flabby stomach everyone says oh run for blahh blah mintues.. make sureu include blah blah crunches blah blah.. IT WONT WORK! IVE BEEN TRYING I CANT GET MY WEIGHT DOWN. what do i do!!?!?

fizzy juice is so bad for ur tummy, makes ur tummy look so much bigger (more stickyout) cut that out, try not to eat to late last thing should eat is at least 2hours before u got to bed, do it for a cpl of weeks promise u'll see a change...

also if could be possible that u might be doing the crunches wrong, i know from experience when i joined a gym fitness instructor told be, seems for past year i had been doin them wrong and it hadnt done anything at all for me, as soon as i found the 'correct' way of doing them i was fine...

Get a friend to join u for some little exercise twice a week. E.g: Badminton, swimming and cycling in one whole day. Then try to do stretching exercises like simple yoga once a day. Try to drink ONLY plain water when you're at home. Hope that helps ^^

106 is already a low weight.
My advice is to work the belly (crunches, or better yet total body work-out) and to avoid lots of sugar - it goes right to the belly

You aren't supposed to get yourweight down, you ar a perfect weight. and you are SUPPOSED to have a flabby stomach, you are still a child and your muscles and bones are still developing.
