There can only be one truth. Everything else is error.
John 3:19-21
light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

well, if you wanna get technical jews are jews...Christians are jews, and Muslims are christians and jews (since they follow both the torah and the new test. but not as closely) but the same can be said about most evan. who don't pay much mind to the old test. aside from psalms. in other words true Christians are considered Jews and True Muslims considered all 3. Anyways, if you think that god is as understanding as man...(in other words my way or the highway) than you need to rethink your being. Not only are we a tiny-tiny-tiny speck of dust in the solar system (never the less the universe) we are insign. as people. To suggest that faith is the only way to go is obtuse (which god can't be inflexible...like man) God will tell us what he wants the day that we die, and if we were wrong in the way we do it... we will go back and do it again. That is what I believe.

No. Simply put, being a Christian precludes you from "being" any other kind of religion. I can't speak for other religions, but to be a Christian you must believe that Jesus was the son of God, the only son of God, the human incarnation of God, that he died and was reborn and that this was done to free the world from sin. While other religions, like Islam, may recognize Jesus as a prophet, Christianity requires you to believe Jesus is the one and only savior of the world and that ascension into Heaven can only be achieved through belief in Jesus as Lord.
God does not need to play games with religion.

God's not playing the world's religions against each other. He doesn't care how people come to him just as long as they do. People created religions as an attempt to understand god better. Our fights amongst the religions are just like brainstorming. Sooner or later we will come up with as close of an idea of who god is and what he wants of us as we possibly can. That is, unless god comes down himself finally and lets us know for sure.

God never plays games, all the things of the universe are free for the taking including peace and harmony. Mans greed and desires
for foolish things causes ALL pain in this world.

God would not play with the world that he loves for amusement when the people he created could be hurt by such an act. Perhaps your question was for your own amusement.

Its all of them. They're playing against each other, like war games. It started out with teams. Now they're playing singles.
I imagine the scene from the end of Spy Like Us. God, and Allah, with a couple of hotties on their shoulders, sharing a friendly game of MAN. Buddha, and the rest of them are taking a break right now.

(James 1:13) When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone.
Everything God does has a good purpose.

well you have to admit, if we were God we would do that, it would be fun and keep us from getting bored, you know, knowing it all and able to do anything you want at any time.
But mostly, I think religion is mans idea and God just allows it to prove a point, it is nothing but a heart ache at best.
A relationship is what God desires, He wants us to know Him.
