You might consider putting a fan in the room that moves, that way it's not constantly blowing on them, but they get move in front of it when they're feeling hot. A water bath is also a good idea. Some birds like to be spritzed with water, so if you have a squirt bottle that can mist that's also a good idea.

Have had budgies in temps up to 118*F-give them h2O dish that they can bathe in-if they won`t get wet and look pekid,use a mister-either spray bottle or hose (not on blast-arizona mister).

If you use a fan, make sure your bird/s do not have access to it, or keep them in their cage when it is on. also, some birds like ice to play with. Baths are great, if they like it. Just place a bowl with water in it that cannot be tipped over, in their cage. Good luck!
