You can buy it at many stores.... my neighborhood grocery sells it.
If not in a store, go to a welding supply place and ask them if the either carry it or if they can put you in contact with where you can get it.

You can get Dry ice at Wal-Mart.
If keep in a freezer it will last for a week or maybe more depends on how cold your freezer is, the colder the better.

I think you can buy it in the deli section of any grocery store.
