i think of it incredibly relies upon on the 14 12 months previous. I additionally babysat at 14, 3 little ones at that and that they ranged in age from 5 right down to a clean toddler. i think of it teaches duty to boot as persistence. I actually have a 4 12 months previous boy and that i might evaluate a 14 12 months previous babysitter. i might seek for adulthood and interest to element nevertheless. i does no longer opt for somebody that is distracted common or no longer take the care of my son heavily which could be annoying for some 14 12 months olds because of the fact they have not got little ones and could no longer comprehend the importance of the job of babysitting.

I have a day care in my home, and most families just give a small gift or gift card to a bookstore or restaurant. I never expect a gift though, but it is a nice gesture and makes me feel like they care.

If they have been babysitting most of the year or just used at least twice a month or more, then yes.
Expecially if you use them around this time of the month.
