The pros and cons of Krispy Kreme donuts in your opinion??

Question

I like Kripy Kremes because they taste great, are less filling and don't require ketchup on the side. That ketchup stuff can be messy and time consuming, especially if you are somebody who works. Plus ketchup is a secret scam made up by the government, they want you eating it! See my questions for details.

Also, I like them because they go well with green beans and nobody has ever tried to hurt somebody with krispy kremes that I know of so I guess they are really peaceful. By that logic, If we were all krispy kremes there would be world peace and everyone would taste great!

Other than that, I like them because you dont need to mix them with mayonaisse and green onion like a can of tuna, that can be a real pain in the butt. They are fine the way they are!

Also, I knew someone with a krispy kreme hat and another guy with a krispy kreme coffee travel mug. Both of them were real nice, and they were not even the same person, even though they both play golf.

Plus theres lots of selection so every day you can choose something different and you wont have the same one for like 3 weeks. I wish lots of things were like that!!

I thumbed up you, because I think you gave a thought out list of the pros and the cons.
Although I must admit I never heard of mixing tuna w/mayo and green onion. But I can certainly appreciate your point.
Krispy kremes are Da bomb!
a bit caloric, though
People who like krispy kremes are nice.
But they play golf.
Taste great with or w/o ketchup
loaded w/sugar, which can cause low-blood sugar crash
vast verity- a different one for everyday for almost a month!!!!
Well that's where I will stop!! As you can see the pros definitely out-weight the cons.

I don't personally like them.

They taste too sugary, and their plain donuts have a glaze that I don't like. I like the plain cake donuts without the layer of sugar. Besides, I'm from the east coast, so I'm kind of partial to Dunkin' Donuts.

I like the hats, though.

And you may be spending too much time pondering Krispy Kremes.

I prefer Krispy Kreme, but they're really a lot sweeter than Dunkin Donuts. They're great if you're craving something sweet.

They are full of fats, sugars, and oils that can lead to a dangerous coating on the inside of your arteries that can stress your heart, and eventually kill you. They are also capable of building fat in your mid- section which will also stress your heart. The good side is that they taste really good. Try other foods, they may taste good to you but not be so bad for your health.

They have too much sugar. I have this problem where my stomach cannot process large amounts of sugar quickly (because it thinks it is damaged or some **** and it isn't) and I get dizzy and faint after eating one lol because there is like 20-30g of sugar just in a plain one, more in the others...so i can't really have them, but i do like them. Stupid stomach.

I try to eat healthy. Donuts taste good. There nutrition value is not so great.
