Yes, there is nothing wrong with her taking her pantyhose off in public, I for one would do it, if people have a problem with it then don't look, there are worse things to see than this on TV, fym, I have taken my pantyhose off in a resturant in front of people and put them in my purse, wow, that made a lot o guys excited, they loved it.

No. In public the act of taking off pantyhose would probably reveal more than the woman should reveal. She should retreat to the bathroom or another private place to make this maneuver.

Go to the restroom or someplace out of sight. Pantyhose are like underwear, you don't want to flash your belongings to the world.

If the run is some kind of marathon, I'd take them off and let them go - Not too sure I'd last the distance myself.

If public is a restroom then 99% of women have done that at one time or another.
If public is the middle of the street 99% of women will say that's not good.
