I have an E1 connection and want to have the best of it, so which app would be best for me??

Try µTorrent. Small (the entire program installation is about half a MB!), lightweight torrent package, and some awesome features. Very easy to use and setup. Not to mention it just works!

I use BitTornado...pretty good. Lets you see comments about the movies so you know if they are a scam or not.
