No, it is not traditional. An anniversary is for the couple. You would not normally give them presents unless there is a party, which would normally only happen at the major "milestone" anniversaries.
Some families have their own traditions, of course, and if that precendent has been established in your family then sure, give them something. Otherwise you can just get them a card and your best wishes.

I don't know if it is traditional or not but the significant anniversaries, 10, 25 etc. should be noted with some special something. Take some candid shots, pick out the nicest one and have it framed with an engraved message like 'you two are the best".

Alot of kids give their parents a gift for their anniversary. Kind of shows they appreciate their marriage, love them....they did put you on the planet! :)

Well it is kind of traditional to get gifts for parents on their anniversary.Well it would be nice to get them something.Just to show them that you care for them.I would do a card or maybe Flowers.Good Luck!Hope i Helped!

It depends on if your parents celebrate it at all. Mine don't so I never gave them anything.
If its a big anniversary like 30, 40, etc... I'd get them at least a card depending on financial status maybe something else.
