I am 24 years old. In the past week or so, about three of my ex's have contacted me through either email or phone. Two of them are married, and one of them has been in a long term relationship. The two that are married have kids and/or kids on the way. I was just wondering what anyone thought about this situation. What provokes married men to want to get in touch with their ex's? And some of the stuff that they have said to me, such as, " I miss you," " I wish that you and I were together," "I want to meet up with you." Is disturbing to me!!!! What should I think about this...Only mature advice please, nothing stupid!

Wow you made a lasting impression on these guys…. and that's really the key. If you haven't figured out guys think different than women. Guys will forget anything that has happened and get right back to the sex part. You must've impressed them in that way… what is your number again?
Let's look at the facts they are ex-boyfriends…. which I'm going asume you slept with a lot. Two are married with kids.. or in the oven. So first of all the kids may be bothering the wives of the other ex-boyfriend's thereby cutting down on their ability to have sex. The third wife has a baby on the way so she may not want to have hubby jumping on top bothering up the baby to be’s room… (uterus for any of you that aren't following here).
So these 3 guys have probably reached a horny point. They're sitting alone and thinking up past girlfriends and your on the top of the list and them (fantasy anyway). Lucky you. So now they're getting enough gumption to call you or e-mail you.
You have to understand they're desperate for safe, simple, old friend.... sex. They figure we've had sex before so it shouldn't be any big problem to do it again. Everything settled between you two so it should be okay. If you did respond you know their situation so it would only be sexual…. what they want.
Women see this as bad… against the marriage…etc…. guys see this as… but I've already had sex with you so its okay. I can tell you a lot of times it does work.
So what should you think about this ? They want to bang you… plain and simple. They want sex without strings….. if you're going to go down this path ...then certainly make sure they get your car or shower you with gifts…. Oh they will …. you could also invite all three over at the same time… tell them you what a foursome…. Guarantee they will trip over each other trying to get out the door.
If you don't want any of this then you just need to tell them that talking to you is fine but sex is out of the question. If they keep pushing… and they probably will…. then you need to just cut off communications with them.

i say stay away from the married men, nothing good can come out of that. even if you are just meeting for a cup of coffee or something, it could get bad. what if theyr wives find out and are mad about it? it would make you look bad and get them in trouble. also you might end up falling for one, and that could get messy. i think its okay to maybe see the one that isnt married... unless he is with somebody right now.

They must have thought the grass was greener on the other side of the fence, but were disallusioned. Tell them, "no way, it is over".
I tried to resurrect old relationships myself (we were both divorced, however) and it did not work.
Just say goodbye to the old flames and get on with a new relationship.

Wow, thats strange. Why would they say something like that to you when they are married??? Just stay away from these guys, nothing but trouble...

well, as all us women know, men only thinkn with one HEAD, and we all know which one......lol, but really, the only reason why they are doing this is because they are not really happy with their pathetic lives and are wondering "hey, maybe the grass really wasnt greener on the other side." well, i assume u know what to say to them.........right?

idk...maybe they regret it...or they want to see how you're doing or if it was you who broke up with them they want to see how you ended up without them
