I've looked at so many sites and its all like 30.00 for a stupid shower curtain...even ebay has them at that high of a price. Does anyone know of a store that has a good selection to chose from at great prices. Thanks 10 points to whoever gives me the best :)

I don't know if Ikea ships to Japan, but they have really cheap curtains. $2 for clear plastic, and up to $10 for patterned ones. I have one and it is not crap!

You could try target.com or kmart.com, they have some that are less than half that price. But I would think when you add in the price of shipping, it's not worth it.
