Why those product supposed to have been coated with anti-scratch chemicals still can get scratched? Is a perfect scratch resistance coating exists? How can I know more about the industry that produce scratch resistance coating?

Of course there's no perfect coating. What I mean is the coating is strong enough to withstand scratches when in contact with rough surface like sand paper or road or fingernails. Or the scratches on the coating is so small that the naked eye is not able to see it.

A diamond is the only perfect scratch resistance surface that exists, but it can be scratched as well by another diamond. Other than that I dont think a perfect scratch resistance coating exists. I suppose you are looking for an answer dealing with the automotive industry? clear coat?? I dont think those chemicals will ever give you a near perfect scratch resistance finish. It will only help a little bit. I know Mercedes is the leader in scratch resistance paint with their Nano-Particle clear coat. More info down below.

Resistant means it resists being scratched. Now scratch-proof is something else.
