Assuming the normal 1 oz shot, and 30 ml per ounce, then you have 12 1/2 shots in a 375ml bottle.

In a regular sized bar fifth there are 1000 Ml and you figure you can get 34 shots. if you take 1000 and divide by 34 you can multiply that by 375 to get 12.75 ml. you should get almost 13 shots.

uh, I ve always thought of it as one. Saw off the plastic top, insert funnel in mouth and pour. If your asking about a 350 mL bottle of whiskey, its probably not worth enjoying.

Depends on the size of the shot glass. Alcohol is generally measured by the ounce-an ounce is 30ml-12.5 ounces.
