the smoked ham is 3.425kg.it's a half of a smoked ham.i took it out today & am thawing it out in my fridge.never made it b4.HELP!!!!!

How much does the ham weigh? Thawing time is dependent on weight.

It depends upon its weight. You are best off keeping it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

Depends on the size of the ham. Allow 24 hours in the fridge and it should be enough.

I rub mine with garlic and then add sweet and sour sauce and put it in the oven for about an hour,,,,Very good .
