States provide these services for low-income people, and most towns of any size have agencies that offer these state-funded services. If you do not meet income guidelines, the services may be scaled to your income level. Good luck finding help!

Depends on where you live, what the diagnosis is, and sometimes your income level. Do a Google on Behavioral Health in your city.
