how do i start talking in class? how do i star t beign outgoing and not shy? when i was in fifth grade i was outgoing and since i went to sixth grade i started to be really shy i am in eigth grade know, what do i do

You sound like my friend. I met him in the sixth grade. He was extreemly shy. He couldn't talk around people. You talk Ok around your friends, don't you? Just talk to others like you would your friends. I know it sounds hard, but after a couple of days, it's very easy. Good luck!

I was also really shy too but u should not be afraid of life you just have to stand up to people.
