I work with a hot guy that every girl on my team would love to be with & I certainly match his looks. Recently, him & I ended up on the same Volleyball team and just started initating conversations. I can't figure out if he likes me. I see some signs and I have a gut feeling that he has a thing for me. For example, I had sent out a VB game email which has my aol on it. Couple days ago he IMd me for no special reason and we chatted for sometime. He was flrity etc. This weekend a group of our friends went out for dinner, and I extended the invitation to him. This place was kinda far, but he showed up after work. When we look at each other we do both hold eye contact sometimes, not everytime. Couple times I have caught him looking at me and when I look at him, he looks away. I don't initiate signs of interest but do encourage him.I don't want to appear too easy. I don't want to ask him out because then I would be just another girl for him. Should I wait for him to make a move?

oh yea let him come to you... i think he likes you, i say you keep up what your doing and flirt a little more.. by making him come to you, leaves your more incontrol, and shows how much he wants you. If hes really good looking like you say and you think he can get plenty of girls, then sit back and relax, its time for him to do some work. It may attract him more too because he could think of you as different from any other girl. Besides hes probably use to girls coming after him.

Oh, man. This one's a bit hard. My boyfriend and I make eye contact alot and hold it for just a few seconds. And sometimes I catch him looking at me...
I would wait for about 2weeks (if you can wait that long) andsee if he ever asks you out. If he doesn't, ask him out to dinner or a movie. Your point of being "just another girl for him" makes total sense. I understand that...but if you or him don't ask either out...then you'll spend most of your life wondering what could've happened between you and him. Trust me...even though I'm still young, I wonder what it would be like to be with the guy I have a crush on...(not my boyfriend...a diff. guy)...

Signed,
Riley's Girl

Firstly I'd like to say, as a guy, we are idiots. Alot of us are not really quick at picking up signs and aren't sure what they mean when we do see them. I personally am waiting for a guide. I was on a date when another girl walked by looked at me and ran her fingers through her hair and was told by my date that that meant something. I didn't get it. For you, I might say that you could tell him that you'd like to see a certain movie or something of the sort but have no one to do it with and see if he gets the clue. It is better when we get the hints.

sounds like he does have some interest in you. He may be shy, and it will take an overly obvious sign for him to make a move. If he doesn't make a move after that then he is probably either with someone, gay or has no interest........good luck.

I agree with the girl above me. Things have a way of naturally happening. If you try to rush it you may end up doing more damage than good. I will say though it sounds like he likes you.

you should make a move, life's too short to be traditional with the guy asking the girl. if he doesn't like you, just say whatever and be just friends.

In the morning ask "him" and few of your mates for a coffee before practice and see what happens. Luck :-)

let him stew for a bit, then make your move. Don't make him think that u r not interested, be flirty and coy, but don't over-do it! good luck!!
