that is probably one of the worst situations you could be in. You just need to tell him you dont like him it may be hard but unless you want to get into a BAD relationship...tell him the truth

Aw, you seem sweet, like you don't want to hurt that guy! A total of four guys have put me in the same uncomfortable situation. By now I am more careful but still sympathetic to the poor guys- they are more fragile than girls about this. So, what works for me is using a Thesaurus/Dictionary- I find words that describe me and other words to describe the guy that asked me out. When he sees this comparison, he realizes he's not going to be very happy with me, since I'm not his type! This looks dorky, maybe, but it's the only thing that has worked for me! Good luck!

Just be honest with him--as simple as that.
Let him know that you don't think you both click. Maybe say that it may be a better idea if you guys will just be friends for now. If he asks why, be honest again and tell him that after you guys hung out, you just don't feel the chemistry there.
This is the only way to get through to him and be fair to him. Straight up like that. It will hurt him, but it is the only thing that makes most sense.

there is no easy way to let someone down easy. maybe this will teach you to think before you speak. no matter what you say. he will still think your a B**** and so on. but move on and hope you learned a valuable lesson in the great big game of life.

Tell him that your not ready for a relationship with someone yet. That you still want to be friends, but you don't want it to move any further.

hang out with him a bit more...you never know...you might actually start to like him...
dont worry...it happens to EVERYBODY...
if you really dont like him and you really want it to be over...just start talking to him really gently and start a conversation...when it gets to be arguementive...start to hint that maybe you two shouldnt be together or try it some other time: maybe say "not right now"..."its too complicated"....
