What does it mean when a guy does the I'm watching you thing where you point to your eyes then the person? A ninth grader did it to me (a seventh grader) and I was wondering what he meant by it. I do know him. It wasn't just some random kid.

depends on the context, but sounds just like a sign of affection. wouldn't read too deeply into it
