Pork roast season with brown sugar salt, pepper roast slow at 325 degrees about 1/2 hour per pound it is great. Also put duck sauce instead of brown sugar cook the same way. Last 1/2 hr put up to 400 degrees.

Sorry, no pork for me. I like chicken marinated in italian dressing and cooked on the grill. Steak cooked rare on the grill is my favorite.

chicken -- I cooked it for dinner tonight for my son and his girlfriend before they went to the SnowBall dance at our high school: Chicken Rose: chicken breasts cooked in a sauce made of red vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and spices. Doesn't sound very good, but it is DELICIOUS!!
(Some very rude person put thumbs down on every single answer except the vegetarian ones. Grow up-- we are all entitled to an opinion, even if you don't like it.)

Chicken and get a couple chicken breasts and put in a baking dish with a can of cream of celery and some water put in oven till tender and then put some cheese and bread crumbs on top and put back in oven till golden,,,walla{{{ nice meal with wine and tossed salad,

Ewwwww. neither! Both are dirty animals who I would not wish for a pet, yet alone eat. My favorite "meat" is a veggie-burger cooked on the grill...
