Hey!
My mom is a Hairstylist, and really, if your hair was "Growing up" it wouldn't be growing, it would be "Shortening". Your hair obviously lost weight, and height. Which means it is lighter, and thinner, and causes it to stop weighing down. My advice is to spray it with Hair Spray, and pin it down with bobby pins or cute clips. It will look cute, and once it grows, it should be back to normal!
Good Luck!

I don't know what you mean by growing up, but if you meant stick up, it's because your hair is shorter, therefore lighter. It's not long enough to weigh itself down. All you can do is wait for them to grow out and stick with pinning them down.

Ahhhh! That sounds terrible! Try using a hair wax. Also, pinning them down is a good idea- you can "train" your hair. Also you could perhaps try a flat iron.

i know this is going to sound really funny but its a quick fix that works, so pop on a beanie making sure you bangs are down on your fore head where you want them or to what ever side you want them, and blast it with a hair dryer on a hot heat.. let it cool than take the beanie off.. silly but seriously works... i used to have bangs that never behaved and this is my trick. good luck.

eventually the weight in the hair will pull them back down.
