as you havent metioned if this person is male or female, or what sort of stuff they are into? it makes it a little hard to narrow down a gift idea?
But to celebrate soberiety (as in a gift along those lines) simply type "sobriety gifts" into a google seach and you will be surprised (as I was! lol) at the multitude of soberiety gift idea websites there are! A good starting point for a gift idea. good luck :-)

If this is a sober anniversary gift, a 2 years coin that is mounted for a key ring would be good.
A gift certificate to a day spa would be nice also.
If cost is an issue try a plant witha nice card.

It is not the gift as it is the thought that counts and you are a very nice person to want to buy him something to celebrate so why not take him out to a good dinner,

If they lost their driving priveleges permantly for
too many dui's.How about looking into getting their
driving privleges back.That is possible.
