Truthfully...the best thing to do is go to the hospital if your talking about right now your having a problem as in Od'ing. But they have to report it. I did somethin really stupid once a few yrs ago, i took 2 hits of x with alot of alcohal with my bf and OMG i thought i was going to die. I could think but my body just wasnt responding. like i was aware of everything that was happening but couldnt control myself. I'm pretty sure i was od'ing. my bf was trying to take me to the hospital but i was to scared to go cause i didnt want my mom to find out. My eyes kept rolling to the back of my head, i couldnt talk, i couldnt breath right and i couldnt walk. So all night my bf had to keep me moble so i would stay alert. fun night after it pasted thu but still scary. I havnt done it since.
If you mean your addicted to it call one of the drug help lines.

what kind of problems?addiction?
if so, you must remove yourself from all situations where you will feel it necessary to take or others will be rolling...
if you cant do this, i guess rehab is the only alternative,so you are removed from all temptation.
therapy is defintily a good idea too,to understand why you are letting drugs get the better of you...
good luck

Go to the people who started 12-step work in recovery--AA, or Alcoholics Anonymous. Go to a meeting, and tell them you are an addict. Then give your problem up to Higher Power, and go on with your life.

MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine), most commonly known by the street names Ecstasy, E, X, or XTC is a semisynthetic entactogen of the phenethylamine family, whose primary effect is believed to be the stimulation of secretion as well as inhibition of re-uptake of large amounts of serotonin as well as dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain, inducing a general sense of openness, empathy, energy, euphoria, and well-being. Tactile sensations are enhanced for some users, making general physical contact with others more pleasurable; but, contrary to popular belief it generally does not have aphrodisiac effects. Its reported ability to facilitate self-examination with reduced fear may prove useful in some therapeutic settings, leading in 2001 to permission from the United States FDA for testing in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder in conjunction with psychotherapy.
Acute dehydration is a risk among users who are highly physically active and forget to drink water, as the drug may mask one's normal sense of exhaustion and thirst. Also the opposite, "water intoxication," resulting in acute hyponatremia, has been reported as a consequence of use. Sometimes dangerous chemicals such as PMA or methamphetamine alone or in combination with MDMA are added to ecstasy tablets. Long-term effects in humans are largely unknown and the subject of much controversy - particularly with regard to the risks of severe long-term depression as a result of a reduction in the natural production of serotonin.

Honestly, rehab can't help anybody. The only way to stop is if you have a good enough reason to.
