I'm not going to the doctor (too late at night) wondering if advil / sudefed will help at all... if not what will?

swelon glands stuffy nose (cold) and headache( from cold).
Get some over the counter cold and flu medicine from the drug store.
Advil cold and sinus is great.
That should help with sleep and chicken soup

advil will help for tonight but see your doc tomorrow. sounds like a throat infection, especially if you have a fever.
