Why does it always feel like I need extreme stretching?

I often feel like two people need to each take my feet and my shoulders and just pull!

I just never feel like I am done stretching, even if I am not exercising, I always feel like I need to stretch, ESPECIALLY after I arch my back to stretch it out.

I am still growing, could this be part of it?


I don't do sports that really require mush stretching. Sometimes in dance we need to do a special move where we need to expand as much as possible, but that is it.

omg im the same way!! i NEVER feel like im done stretching & that i could do so much more. when you feel that way, see if you can improve each time. you will gain SO MUCH flexibility & strength. ive wanted to be a contortionist for a long time bcuz of this obsession (not really but you understand right?) so maybe were destined to be contortionists!! check them out on youtube.com!! amazing ppl.

i too am a person like u who feels that i need to be stretched.actually i think it is because ur body might want to grow and when it doesnt get any external force ,it does sends impulses to the brain about that,so that people start exercising

Western societies don't do nearly enough stretching. You should listen to your body...stretching is really good for you! Join a yoga class...you'll love it!

i do cheer and we have to streach ALOT but for dance not so mcuh... mabey try a new sport if it bugs ya so much
