Try all the ones included in earlier replies, but don't forget individual airline sites like Continental.com. Earlier this year, I got the best deal of all at Continental. Then when you have the best price, check out farecast.com to see when tickets will go down in price or if they are rising. This could help you decide the best time to take your trip.

Depends where you are and where you want to go. Expedia.com or(co.uk) or Ebookers or Travelocity are all good places to look. In the UK you might want to try Ryanair, Easyjet, Wizzair for inland and shorthaul.
