Everyone's weight changes a little bit each day! So many things factor into the number on the scale it is really rare to hit the exact same number every day. Try weighing only once a week. My advice is to put your scale away and just eat a normal, balanced diet. Some days you will eat more, some days you will eat less. That's totally normal. If you are under 21, you are still growing, and you need a healthy mix of foods so your brain and internal organs develop properly.

Also -- spend some time each day focusing on a positive trait that has nothing to do with your appearance, like how many books you've read this month, or donating your time to a charity.
There are a million things that can make you feel good about yourself. Spend your time on a few of them instead of obsessing about your weight.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

Fasting on a regular basis is very unhealthy. I don't know if you would gain weight, but your body definitely would be trained to store and turn into fat every calorie it gets. Not only would this wreak havoc on your body, but it would seriously affect your moods as well.

You don't need to eat such small portions. Just increase the amount of fresh vegetables that you eat, eat more whole grains, and avoid pop and processed foods whenever possible. Get into the habit of reading the ingredients on whatever you buy so you know what you're eating. And then of course there is regular exercise, which will regulate your weight WAY better than fasting ever could.

Omigod you lost me... I really think you would be better off fasting for a period of time, say 3-10 days, then breaking the fast.. however when you do this, you have to start slow by eating soups, fruits, veggies, etc. During the fast, only the first few days are hard, but you can drink water, teas, juices... Fasting is incredibly good for you... in fact, I just came off one.. http://www.healthy.net/asp/templates/article.asp?PageType=article&ID=1996#4

hello I think you are afraid of gaining weight. I would think that you would hold your weight. Maybe lose alittle weight. but mostly hold it. I do not think you would gain weight. I was anerixia, I went from 180 pounds to 80 pounds in one and a half months. All I ate was just one slice of cheese a day and drank coffee. but on saturday all I ate was just one slice of pizza and that was it for me. I became very sick. my body went wacko. after I got help it took me along time to gain weight. and know I am healthy and I love it. I am not 180 pounds but I am healthy and I now weigh 164 and this like 25 years later. It was a long road to being were I am now.If you eat healthy and exercise and take care of yourself you should not worry about gaining weight. But it sounds to me your watching what your putting in so you would not gain weight. I just hope you take care of yourself and be really careful because there is a fine line to when you can cross over and find yourself in trouble. And if your friends start to say hey are you loosing weight please listen to them. maybe I helped you and maybe not. but really look for a food group that fits you and stick with. make sure it is healthy for you. They say if ya eat 5 small meals a day and I mean small it is better for you. I do not know but that is what I was told. and make sure it is healthy. that is the main thing. I hope you have a Merry Christmas.

I was hospitalized because of anorexia when I was 13 years old. Whatever you do- EAT!!!!! Anorexia will ruin your body VERY quickly, and oncy it does, you will never be able to completely regain your original health. I'm 21 now, and I truly wish I would've never started that crap. Take it from somebody who knows!!!!!
