Alternatively, if you are okay when you drink lactose free milk, you probably are lactose intolerant. If you don't have access to lactose free milk, you can take lactase tablet with your milk to neutralize lactose in the milk.

If the problem persists, it might be that you are allergic to milk. In that case, enjoy yogurt and cheese to get the necessary nutrients.

Oh good. I know this because I AM lactose intolerant.

you get indigestion and then there is the bloated feeling also sometimes gas and an all around uncomfortable feeling each time you ingest something diary

besides the normal upset stomach and nasuea we noticed that our daughters bad breath went away when she stopped eating dairy. i reccomend Lactaid fast act dissolves if it is what you have. The have helped my daughter alot.
