Tommy God is righteous that is the best explanation I can give you if you take that and run with it you will find God is righteous and none of us are. Now further study will bring you to the conclusion we are all sinful and worthy of death but instead of killing us God whom you would like to think of as evil offers himself to die in our place because he loves us.Now God is righteosus and that is who he is. God will not become unrighteosus so he can save you he did however die in yoru place and if that is not good enough then I suppose we have the free will to reject his atonement and choose to die for ourselves..not sure how wise that decision is but it remains an option..

What you are saying is all according to some mans opinion. God was the One that set up the Justice system, in the first place. A serial rapist is one who has repeated the offence, more than once. Most people sitting on death row, appear to accept God. By then, it is already to late, that person has commited an unforgivable sin against the Holy Spirit, and has been comdemned by the Law.
On the other hand, that woman was obeying Gods will all her life, (law abiding) and made society a better place, like the good samaritan.
That woman shall enter the kindom, well ahead of those lying, decietful ministers. Prostitutes will go in the door before they will!

I know it doesn't seem right BUT the serial rapist still has to repent and beg for forgiveness from God, even if he accepts Jesus as his savior. Most likely as was said above they would both go to Purgatory to have a second chance to get things right. Keep in mind someone has to clean up the elephant dung on the golden streets of Heaven (Serial rapist would be doing the cleaning the woman would be supervising).

Ok, all people will be judged according to their works and the desires of their hearts. There is not just one heaven and one hell...this is a doctrine which makes questions like yours all too common and appear to be so unfair. How unjust this situation would be to the honest woman who just never heard the truth! God is a perfect and just God, and has a perfect and just plan for all of His children. There are three degrees of glory to which we may all go in the life to come. The Bible touches on it in 1Corinthians 15: 40-42 when Paul talks about celestial and terrestrial glories. God has a place prepared for everyone and will be as merciful as He possibly can be for all of us. However, He has set laws and commandments, and in the case of our serial rapist, he won't be going straight to heaven! Since repentance is a process and not an event, then death-bed repentance has no effect on our eternal welfare and standing before God! We cannot confess Jesus' name the second before we die and expect him to give us a place in 'heaven', when we have 'broken every commandment.' Our serial rapist will be judged according to the deeds done in the flesh throughout his whole life.
Now, our honest woman who never heard the gospel will not be thrust down to hell but will be judged according to the truth that she was able to find in her life. God has provided a way for all of His children to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, whether in this life or the next. When Jesus' body was laying in the tomb, we read in 1 Peter 3: 19 that, "...he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;" and so it is that the spirits of those who didn't have the opportunity to hear the gospel on earth, will be taught it in the spirit world. They will then have the chance to accept Jesus as their Saviour and to keep his commandments until the judgement day when they will be judged according to their works.
Our serial rapist will also have a chance to hear the full gospel of Jesus Christ in the spirit world if he didnt have the opportunity on earth. However, he will still be judged according to his works in the body and he will pay the price of those sins for a thousand years in spirit prison while the righteous are on the earth during the millennium; he will then, if he accepts the gospel, go on to a degree of glory prepared for him.

God gives all of us the choice. Yes, if the serial rapist accepted Jesus, and repented of his sin, God will let him into heaven. And yes, if the woman is honest, and yet does not accept Jesus, she will go to hell. You see, it does not matter what we do good or bad that sends us to heaven or hell. It is what we do with Jesus that will send us to heaven or hell. If you accept Jesus, you will go to heaven, but if you say no to Jesus, you will go to hell. Man can not judge the heart of the person making the decision. Only God can and will judge the heart of men. Only God knows wether the decision made is sincere or not. We have to leave that judgement to God.

The serial rapist goes to Hell! He can not go to Heaven with a death bed confession of faith. In order to make Heaven your home, you must first be born again of the water and the spirit, receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, then you must live an acceptable life according to the Word of God and God's direction and purpose for your life.
If that was the case, then why sacrifice all your life to live Holy and acceptable in God's eyesight? Why not raise Hell all the days of your life and then the moments before death confess your love for Christ? Ha! Because it doesn't work like that! You will not go to Heaven if you confess that Christ is your savior at your death bed.
As far as the women, if she doesn't do the same, and never accepts Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, is never baptized in the name of Jesus, never receives the Holy Spirit, and never leads and acceptable life in God's eyes, she too will go to Hell.
I will too, if my life is not lived in accordance to what God has purposed and determined for me to live. And I do not want to spend my days proclaiming the name of Jesus, worshiping, praising Him and attending church, trying to live my life as an example and being a living witness, then burn! If I can't or am just too lazy and selfish to live my life like God wants me to, I might as well go down in the biggest mess of sin I can manage!

No one is good enough for heaven, so it's not a matter of who did worse things or less bad things. It's about who is forgiven. So, yes, you said it correctly. The serial rapist would go to heaven if he accepted Jesus Christ and the woman would not if she didn't. It's about who was forgiven, because all sin must be forgiven for one to enter heaven.

No one is innocent.
The lady you state as "has been law -abiding, friendly" may be in your eyes a good person. But the Bible says that there is no one who is good - that means good enough to enter heaven. She may be innocent in your eyes, but to God she has sinned against Him (to prevent from going into too much detail, I'm just going to assume her only sin is rejecting God). By denying God she has broken at least the first Commandment (failing to put Him first).
While the serial rapist has done evil in both our's and God's sight, it is really only God's view that matters. You state a fallacy here. Just accepting Jesus as Lord is not what is required to be forgiven by God. Repentence toward God (because that is who sin is against) is required. Jesus said "unless you repent you will perish". Someone may accept Jesus but not repent. They would still not have peace with God, even though they believe they do. Repent does not mean just confessing your sin, but to confess and forsake it. They must not have manly sorrow which says they are just sorry they got caught. But they must have Godly sorrow acknowleding they have sinned against a holy and righteous God. Repentence and faith are like two sides of the same coin. They are BOTH required responses for salvation (this is not works - the work has been done by Christ).
Also it should be noted that people don't go to hell because they haven't accepted Jesus. They go to hell because of their sin. But God has made a way out - a way that the lady in your scenario has rejected. We don't become condemned when we die, we become condemned the moment of our first sin.
There is one other thing. If someone has denied God and didn't want anything to do with Him while alive, why would they want to be with Him after death? If they have chosen to deny Him why would He force them to be with Him? God will lovingly give them what they have already decided they wanted - nothing to do with Him. It's a simple case of having your cake and eating it too. We don't want to surrender our lives to God but we don't want to go to hell. We can't have both.
I pray that you haven't made the same decision. Please go to the link below. It is a little test and will explain in detail the situation.

HUMMM!!!
I know some people believe that.
Hope you don't. What about all the people in the world who have never heard of Jesus? Are Hindu, Buddist, Sikh, Taoist and other faiths. Do you think an all seeing, knowing God would allow them to exist to condem them>
Perhaps that is really the Question.
Someone who harms others is evil and goes to heaven?
Hells looking better all the time - do you think he would be magically transformed?

God is a Holy God. He will not allow sin to enter heaven. The rapist who accepts Jesus is cleansed by the blood of Christ and can enter in. The law abiding, friendly woman still has sin in her life so she goes to hell. That's what our Muslim friends cannot understand. Without Christ you are lost.

Consider the following:
1) Matthew 7:21-23 "Not everyone that saith unto me Lord Lord will enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."
Matthew 16:27 "For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works."
James 2:14-26 -in general says that even the devils believe in Jesus and tremble and that faith without works is dead.
Rev 20:12-13 speaks of the dead that are judged according to their works.
If, then, we are all to be judged by our WORKS rather than our faith, then it seems that those who do or have done good in this world shall be rewarded in a good way and those that SAY they are faithful and do nothing that Jesus commanded (as in, As you have done unto the least of these you have done unto me) shall be sent in another direction. Apparently Jesus does not like hypocrits. Remember the story of the Good Samaritan? God is no fool. He knows what is in your heart.
Besides, if the only way into heaven is by confessing to the name of Jesus, then it would seem that anyone who has died before they have had the chance to confess and believe is doomed to hell, including all the Jews, like Abraham, Noah, Moses, David, Solomon and everyone ELSE that has ever lived without hearing about Jesus.
If that is the case, there is not much love and forgivness there is it?
