It's very slim these days because we have hospitals with adequate equipment in case of an emergency. I had such a bad hemorrhage aftet giving birth that I almost had a historectomy. My doctor later on told me that if women in 3rd world countries die all the time from what happened to me. Don't worry about it.

I can't read the future so I can't say if whether or not a woman dies at childbirth.
For some childbirth is painful, for others it's just a walk in the park.
You can do affirmations in your 9th month of pregnancy and tell yourself
"I will have a pain free birth. My baby will be born easily and peacefully"
Affirmations are very powerful. You are feeding your mind to react on your goals.
So if you BELIEVE that childbirth is painful, it will be PAINFUL.
If you BELIEVE that childbirth is easy and painless, therefore it will be.
Try it and see.

If you have trouble conceiving, you and your partner and also say affirmations like "I am fertile. I will bear a child"
You can also get natural herbal remedies to increase your chances of getting pregnant and it reduces multiple births. It's called Fertile XX for women and Fertile XY for men located here-------> http://www.nativeremedies.com/fertile-xx-xy-male-female-fertility.shtml
This remedy is safe and effective.

Hope this helps!

If you take care of yourself and have the baby at the hospital, chances are very VERY low. You have a better chance of dying walking down the street.

Depends on a lot of things. Age, size of the baby, etc.
