I have to say migraines too---although they are probably lower-scale minor ones. That is sometimes how mine start. It's eye strain and fatigue combined. Start paying attention to what time you are getting them (day or night)and what was happening before than and how much sleep, rest or stress you have had or are anticipating on having.
I take Excedrin also -- but it's good to mention it to your doctor because with some people who have these types of headaches or migraines -- they turn out to be brain tumors that can be removed easily if caught in time-- so stay on top of the symptoms and what to look for.

I am not a medical expert but sounds like a stroke waiting to happen or perhaps a brain tumor? Hope I'm wrong. Take care of yourself maybe lay off the stress.

It could also be sinus pressure. I know when I have pain behind my eyes it is often due to sinus headaches, and when it's really severe, sinus infections. I'd talk to your doctor, they might be able to suggest treatments that will help when this happens.
