Obviously eating excessively will make you put on weight. But you.............don't have an appetite. I don't know if you smoke weed or not, weed increases your appetite. Try drinking ensures or Boost on a regular basis. Are U familiar with them? They are a nutritional supplement in the form of a shake, drinking one is like eating a meal. Maybe that is a solution.

If you're finding it hard to eat, firstly you should maybe consider speaking to youg GP as there are many conditions that it could be a symptom of, but also check out your chemists - you can buy milk shakes that build strength and energy and provide all the vitamins and minerals you need to get your strength and hopefully appetite up again. There are several brands - ask your pharmisist or if you go to your dr they might prescribe it.

Sorry , but the only way I know how to gain weight is to eat plenty but as you don't have any appetite, go to your local chemists and buy a food supplement , called " Weight On "

Eat more. Sorry about the appetite problem, but if you're unhealthy underweight, then consider eating five or six times a day to form a healthy diet. If you're not underweight, don't bother.

And it depends on how old you are I could eat and eat and not gain one pound I was 6"1 and 135 pounds when I turned 26 I gained 50 pounds in that one year and still gaining.

Eat shakes, pies, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, icecream, candy, exc. It takes good!!! dont deny it, I am trying to lose weight because I cant "Say No" to the sweets. Also, eating fast food is fattening, BUT UNHEALTHY so don't just eat that. Be sure to brush your teeth twice a day if you are eating all these sweets. =) Also, there is a drink called (Boost) it makes you gain weight, my sister and brother drink it because they are REALLY skinny, but we are adopted so we look different.

To gain weight, consume more calories than you burn off.
Of course it would be best if you also excercise and consume foods that have protein vitamins and other healthy things in them so you can gain that weight by building muscle.
Of course if you just want to get fat, any food will do, but that is bad for you.

have mcdonalds for breakfast lunch dinner even if you aint hungry not the healthy option just eat lot of carbs and if you smoke try quit
