I tried everything from Lotrimin Ultra cream, Gold bond, Jock itch sprays, Hydrocortisone spray to the creams.

I believe that spraying some unscented Right Guard antiperspirant may stop the perspiration which is the main factor of the irritation and itch.

I also had the pharmacist order to Domeboro for the cause and the main ingredient is aluminum sulfate.
Domeboro is to alleviate irritation due to minor skin infections and dermatitis.
I also notice that the main ingredient in Right Guard is aluminum hydrochloride

Domeboro.......I'll have to remember that one. It is used as a soak typically. Did he think you were going to 'tea-bag'? I have to laugh just picturing it.

Try the Right Guard AFTER you and the little woman are ......ahem....done..... for the night.

But you should probably see a dermatologist before long

But, there are also things in anti persirant that might cause some kind of infection if you are having problems with itching. Us women have things like FDS and powders for itching down there. You also may want to try a different laundry detergent. You might be allergic to your current detergent. Just a suggestion.

It should be ok to spray Deo on your junk, but most guys I know use Baby Powder. I've been told that they would just shake it on their junk or in their boxers in the morning and it worked for them. Plus they worked in Construction especially in hot weather so it has to work really good. The powder will soak up all the sweat and stuff happening down there and make it all smell good, plus it's relatively cheap! You can't beat that!!!

Aluminum Sulfate and Aluminum Hyrocloride are two entire different chemicals.

You may also try bactine, or wash with betadine.

Try Caldesene powder, it can be found in the baby aisle and is in a pink round container. It really helped my daughter when she had severe diaper rash and I couldn't keep her bottom dry.

Maybe you should wash them every night before going to bed and try sleeping nude. Try some of that Axe body spray or something that might work. I'm glad I don't have balls. =)
