go to a natural food store, such as wild oats or fresh market. they should have some good vitamins that are good for a young child. I give my daughter chewable vitamins but always look to make sure they do not contain high fructose corn syrup...or any corn syrup for that matter.

Anything that is easy to take. If it is a brand name vitamin, like Centrum, it's going to be a good balance. Just make sure to get the children's chewable version.
Flintstones makes a gummi version of vitamins. My child takes those and they're great.

You can't go wrong with Flintstones Vitamins. i don't know a kid who doesn't like them. or you might try those new gummy vitamins.

we love the gummy ones. they have just as many vitamins and minerals in them. My 2 1/2 yr old loves them, and if you check out the ingredients, they arent bad for them! some are sugar free
