Try exercising inside (stairs are great). Eat healthy, you know the usual. It will work. Try weighing yourself everyday and drinking lots of water!

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

Get creative! Try jumping jacks (burns 100 calories per 500 jumping jacks aprox). Try running on a treadmill. try stairmaster, or just running up and down staris. do crunches or use a jump rope. there are lots of good opportunites to work out. eat healthily, lots of protein and fiber, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, etc. adn you should see results soon!
