You should go and be properly checked.
The right lower back could be kidney, ureter, ovary, falopian tube, appendix, gall bladder etc etc....
It is not a good idea to be guessing what might be wrong.

Depending on your age, it could just be lower back problem. As far as I know, kidneys are located above the pelvic bone (i.e. mid-back). I had this problem and a pain killer took care of it. You might not be hungry because you are worried. See your GP to put your mind at ease.

It could be a lot of things, from a kidney stone, urinary tract infection, pregnancy, an ovarian cyst or appendicitis. If it is severe or getting worse medical attention soon rather than later is a good idea.

i could no longer in simple terms sit down around and don't something like my docs stated. they did no longer opt for me to do something or to take herbs or organic remedies, yet I had to attempt something - they simply needed me to do dialysis! This software allowed me to take administration of my well-being. I went from point 4 to point 3 kidney affliction. It replaced into common to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in greater effective levels. Reversing Your Kidney affliction?

It's possible you have kidney stones. See your doctor and have a CT scan done. It will confirm whether or not you have kidney stones.
